I’ve been there. I’ve been everywhere on the health spectrum – from being medically obese to severely underweight and everywhere in between. I was on 6 different medications and felt worse than I ever had. I was depressed and anxiety ridden. I felt hopeless.
How did this happen?
I decided to make some changes
- I made my spiritual health a priority – not just something I fit into my day.
- I got clear on my ‘why’. No more generic motivations or reasons for improving my life.
- I got clear on my goals. I threw out conventional and trending beauty and health standards and came up with my own.

In a addition to being a nurse for over 17 years, I studied with the Institute for Transformational Nutrition in pursuit of board certification for health and wellness coaching.
Absolutely! Our sessions are a private, confidential, and non-judgmental space for us to talk, plan, and conquer your goals.
That is really up to you and your individual goals. I generally work with clients anywhere from 4 – 12 weeks. For established clients I do offer one-off maintenance sessions if you need more support after your program.
