About Me

I’m a busy mom, like you, and have to sometimes be a little creative with how to balance a healthy lifestyle and “all the things” of motherhood. I’ve been a nurse (and doula) for over 17 years. 

I a firm believer in women being educated about their health so that they can be proactive and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Strength training is my favorite way to work out.  It leave me feeling strong and is a great way to work off the stresses of the day.
