Flawlessly Fit(ish) Was Specifically Designed for YOU – busy moms who want to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing hours a week away from their family with extensive exercise and meal prepping.

I am tired of looking around and seeing moms want to live a healthier lifestyle, but not feeling like they have the time or energy to achieve their goals. So many women are struggling with it, and there just hasn’t been a solid resource created to help them find the balance of self and others when it comes to their fitness.

So I decided to build it.

Flawlessly Fit(ish) is built around the concept that you are already an amazing, wonderful woman who (most importantly) was created in the image of God. That makes you incredibly special. Motherhood is wonderful, exhilarating, stressful, beautiful, and tragic all at the same time. As moms, especially with young children, it can be easy to neglect ourselves and get sucked into the hectic busyness of life.

Personally, I am more of the mom I want to be – that my kids need me to be – when I use exercise as an outlet for stress and anxiety. I am much more calm, relaxed, and feel better about myself!

Even though I enjoy “sweating it out” at the gym (particularly with indoor cycling!), I always have room for desserts. Haha, anyone else?! And you know what, that’s ok! I’m not training to be on an Olympic cycling team. I’m a young mother who sometimes just wants to sit with a handful of Skittles and watch TV during naptime.

I want to live a healthy lifestyle, but not at the expense of my sanity. And I want to help you find that same balance in your own life!
