Leader #1: Jessica Castaneda at Easy Living Today
What I love about Jessica is how down-to-earth she is! As you can see from her blog, she’s worked with some pretty amazing companies and has been featured in even more! She has some really great resources to help you meet your health and fitness goals, but also writes on all things parenting and mom life…even vacation tips!
Jessica says

I try to keep everything simple from recipes to exercises and DIY projects, because it’s hard to do complicated things when you have kids! I’m really just a regular girl trying to make living a healthy life easier in todays busy, busy world and helping other mommies along the way!

What first attracted me to Ashley’s site was the name of her blog. How great is that?!
Spit Up and Sit Ups is chock full of advice for new moms, breastfeeding tips, and living a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to help you, the mom trying to figure out how to do it all, out. I provide easy-to-follow recipes, solutions to your every day parenting problems and thoughtful and doable advice for the new mom struggling to lose weight.

Not only that, but Brooke has some really great time saving and house cleaning tips (my kind of girl!). She also has a great article on how to lose weight while breastfeeding.
Brooke believes in the power of community and hearing from other moms going through the same daily battles.

Leader #4: Lola at Christ Soldier Girl Fitness
I met Lola through a bloggers group we are both a part of and was instantly inspired by her. She is a mommy to three precious kiddos…2 of which are twins!
Her blog focuses on motherhood and fitness, but is strongly influenced by her Christian faith. Lola says that the purpose of her blog
is to provide an avenue to empower mothers towards fulfilling their God-given purpose both physically and spiritually, so they are prepared to teach Christ to their children. Our children are the next generation and it is our duty as parents to teach them a lifestyle of Christ so they do not depart from it when they are older.

Leader #5: Lauren at Simply Well Balanced
As we all know, motherhood truly is a balancing act. But sometimes, we face the feelings of “burnout” that take away the joy of parenting and ramp up our stress level.
After suffering from stress and anxiety that robbed [me] of the “joys of motherhood” [I decided] to utilize [my] training as a yoga instructor and educator to create systems to make motherhood easy and teach others how to reclaim a simple and more joyful lifestyle.
Lauren’s passion is sharing strategies, tips and products to help you make motherhood easier and more enjoyable.
